Pakistan's educational ranking lowest in world, even if we compare to India, we are far more behind from them. Pakistan producing PhD's every year who are working in many fields and organizations, some of them choose to work in educational fields.
The quality of teaching in Pakistan by professors is alarmingly destroying student's future, many trends are changing in teaching while many advanced tools introduced to provide instant access to students to achieve their goals. Students are utilizing all these tools to enhance its own knowledge for better outcome.
While, trends has been changed so, the lecturers, professors or doctors in educational institutes, its not limited to one or two universities but as we have attain the data from different students of different universities they are not satisfied with teaching system in universities.
Let's start with Abdul Wali Khan University, there are many doctors are engaging students by teaching them in class, many of doctors only provide them some basic knowledge about subjects or course, they never want to give time to students to teach them in way they can understand, Professors mostly try to assign them home works with no initial data to acknowledge whether the work will be practical possible for student alone because many students get confused by their aligned work.
University of Engineering and Technology, telecom students have met us and talked about their lecture system, the professors are giving them non-reasonable and out of subject projects to keep them busy in work and disturb their whole future by providing lesser time to teach accurately what the subject is about. Telecom and other engineering field students are tired of behavior from their professors who never teach them in way they can understand.
In Pakistan, professors are in "GOD-MODE" inside institutions, no one is here to ask them or monitor their activity what they are doing or how much they provided quality time to students.
Professors can't be blamed or if the action is taken against teacher/lecturer by students then only student will suffer while HEC will never provide any protected law to protect the rights of students.

Conclusion: Pakistan's HEC ranked lowest in world, answer is simple, we are not monitoring our institutions, professors are being paid with highest perks, salaries and abroad visits by university and HEC, but in the result there is less than 10% concentration by professors to students.
If quality and quantity maintained we can upgrade our ranks to upper level and this will happen if we do our job with honesty.
