A University built to provide education to youngsters, evolve with educational environment of enthusiasm, motivate them with equality, no gender, religic or no social discrimination.
A part of that many students from Abdul Wali Khan/Bacha Khan University found their teachers, coordinators and directors powerless against power.
If we can look at the current government of Pakistan and KPK, the more priority they have given on providing justice to every individual with no such influence from top to bottom.
As we can probably start looking in to facts other than being annoyed or brain-washed on social media, Universities are becoming more and more influential by political monsters.
Political monsters does not mean or does not only refers to MNA's or Party policies, but those we can see in bottom class.
For example, if there is student who's father was in power from last decade, so here his younger generations are becoming the influence asset of each public institution directly or indirectly.
Private Universities in khyber pakhtun khwa being more professional than the public Universities, the reason for professionalism is that you have to be professional simply.
Professionalism contrasts the equal-ism, equal-ism contrasts the justice and that makes us great.
Alarmingly influencing the administration in university destroying its potential.
One powerful being with political career can link its approach with whole staff of University, that brings benefits to each other, benefits are those which are hidden and only be seen by the student with no power, but due to whole situation of this injustice no one is here to raise voice and change the amendments of education institutions.
Priovincial and Federal assembles has failed to regulate such policies in institutions.
India also has huge variety of corrupt ministers, but their more focus on providing quality education made their institutions internationally recognized with attractive approach.
India has always utilized its research facilities on international standards to put their students to the stage that they can brighten the name of India.
Now, Top 500 Universities, we cannot see any of University from Pakistan to take that place internationally, India has been awarded with top institutions in whole world.
Conclusion: In Pakistan, we have politicized every machinery, we have given powers to street gangsters, we have destroyed institutions (Roots) our own hands.
There is strength in students of Pakistan which must digged out, we got pool of talent, but sadly our main focus is to maintain the progress with in percentages.
Being professional is more appropriate than being a teacher or student.
Lets take the politics out of Institutions and let the professors do their job with in their range, because we know that you have been mis-leaded by Political-monsters but we hope one day you will be the most approachable person in sense of quality education.
